This Thursday, I went to Gardens by the Bay to see this year Christmas flower theme. Since I have the annual pass, I don't have to pay entry fees. If you love to see flowers and plants like I do, I highly recommend Gardens by the Bay annual pass as its cheaper this way. Also every few months, they will change the flower dome theme and we get to see different flowers from different countries. This year, I already saw beautiful flowers from China for the Chinese New Year theme, tulips from Turkey, blushing bride flowers from Africa and now Christmas trees from USA. 

 As I was walking to Flower Dome from Bayfront MRT, I saw this picturesque view Super tree and pond.

 I saw these yellow flowers blooming for the first time or did I miss it? Anyway I had a dream where I saw blooming yellow flowers when I opened the door.

About Singapore Esplanade Theatre by the Bay- dudunginside.blogspot.com

Whenever I'm free, I will go to the Esplanade Theatre by the Bay for a walk or just explore the arts. Last Thursday, after viewing Escher's arts, I walked from Marina Bay Sands to Esplanade theatre as I love Singapore city view and I could also exercise. 

I was happy to see a group of primary school students singing a melody of Christmas songs. They sang really well and I'm sure their parents must be very proud of them. After the performance, then I walked to Raffles City shopping mall for my dinner.

From now till 30 October, you can discover pretty African flowers at Flower Dome Gardens by the Bay. I have to admit, I never expect to see unique beautiful flowers in a very hot country like Africa. Hmm, maybe I was naive. But really, now my favourite flower is not rose, but this unique beauty Serruria florida. Yeah that is my favourite flower. 

Beautiful sculptures arts relating to Africa are also on display.

 This is the national flower of South Africa, King Protea. Protea cynaroides, commonly known as King Protea.

 Wow this pinky flower is so sweet and pretty! Its my favourite flower for now.
